Family Fun Night! Checking out the 'big kids' in Middle School!
Students had so much fun last night, especially checking out our Middle Schoolers' Minecraft project! They're studying Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, and created their very own Rome to act out scenes from the play. Check out the video below (still a work in progress!).
Above, Ellis Spiezia (a 6th level) shows some of our young friends his project by taking them through 'Rome' on a minecart train ride!
Here's a look at what's happening in art, music, Spanish and PE!
Check it out! We've launched a brand new addition to our HPMS site... a gallery of all the amazing media work being done by our students. Click the image below or visit www.HPMS.gallery to see all of our Fall projects come to life. Use the menu on the top right of the home page to navigate to Lower El, Upper El & Middle School projects!
New work will be posted after each curriculum unit.
Our middle school 'Charted Lands' project is working to create different maps of Jersey City. But we need your help! Please participate by taking two short surveys, linked below. (You can take the survey directly from this page!)
We can't wait to share the results!
What are the reasons you live in Jersey City? Answer the following questions on a scale of 0 - 10, with zero being of no importance, and ten being the most important. Leaving your email is optional, but if you do, we will send you our results one we have collected and interpreted the data.
This is a poll to see what makes people in Jersey City happy. Please fill out the form below, and thank you for participating!
